Description

Wandering accross the woods in autumn in search of chestnuts, mushrooms and truffles used to be a daily activity for farmers.

Each season  provides us with thousands of different ideas, flavors and aromas; for instance, spring is immediately associated with the scent of artichokes, the flavor of wild asparagus, spontaneous fruits, and finally the corns of Vignola, the undisputed symbol of Emilia Romagna fruit.

On the other hand, the summer sun takes us on a splendid trekking experience in the mountains searching for wild blueberries, while autumn, with its smell of rain, is the best time to find mushrooms and truffles.

Across this journey we will have to pleasure to meet local professionals and learn their secrets: we will jump back to the ancient times of the past generations to learn these old, forgotten crafts of picking wild fruits and natural products from the wood, helped by an expert mycologist or a professional truffle hunter, who will join the tour guide in leading the group.

Our tour proposal is intended, according to season, for all forest products as a way of exploring the world of flavors, but also have the opportunity to walk, explore and discover parkrs and the wilderness of our region!
