From one bottle to another, our tour will be a journey through the biodiversity of Bologna enology offers; we have a rich wine-range to choose from, starting from the most famous. the refreshing dry white Pignoletto, to the red Sangiovese Superiore, for the robust, structured wine lovers, and the award-winning Cabernet Sauvugnon, that is vinified blending it up with other grapes, generally Merlot and Barbera, the Colli Bolognesi DOC, Rosso Bologna.
